Writers of service reviews often feel one of two ways. Commonly, those that feel they’ve received poor service relate their thoughts and experience in an altruistic interest, to protect others from what they see as a raw deal.
Perhaps less commonly, those who feel that they’ve received exemplary service, worth more than the price they paid for it, share their experience to encourage others to support the business behind such work.
